The Junior Suite felt cozy with high ceilings and a great shower. Location near the historical center made exploring easy. walking to restaurants was a breeze. Breakfast across the hall offered decent options, though it could get repetitive after several days. The lack of natural light in the room was a downside. I wished for brighter decor or more windows. AC worked perfectly, creating a comfortable environment after busy days. The staff were responsive and helpful, helping make the stay more enjoyable.

Had an amazing time with friends! The hotel was right in the heart of everything—perfect for visiting the historic center and the beautiful Plaza de Armas. Breakfast was included and pretty good. Freddy at the front desk was super helpful, making our stay even better. Rooms were clean and had great AC, which was a lifesaver.

The room did feel a bit dark at times, and I wished for more natural light. Also, the shower could've used a hotter temperature.
